The TRACK Youth Apprenticeship program in Teaching and Learning is Kentucky's registered apprenticeship pathway that combines classroom learning with paid, on-the-job training in educational settings. Upon completion of the apprenticeship (typically 2,000-4,000 hours), students receive a nationally-recognized Certificate of Apprenticeship and can transition immediately into full-time employment with their sponsoring school or district. This pathway eliminates the need for students to attend college before beginning their education careers.
